We began in 2007 as CPW Executive Coaching, delivering a suite of coaching programmes created from a passion to help others to achieve growth. Our work was based on the principle that for an organisation to produce successful leaders, alongside a strong focus on the bigger picture and achievement of business targets, there needs to be a holistic view taken of the individual and the environment. Our coaching programmes made a difference to leaders and aspiring leaders from national and multi-national organisations. The company grew and began designing leadership development solutions that were bespoke, innovative and had a track record of delivering high impact positive change for individuals and organisations.
As a result of this success, we made an exciting transition in 2010 to a boutique leadership development company with a range of high impact service offerings that shorten the path, for leaders and aspiring leaders, from the floor to the boardroom. This meant we continued to offer our well-established coaching and mentoring programmes in addition to an inspiring new range of leadership and team development programmes and events.
By maintaining long-term relationships with our customers and supporting them on their leadership journeys, we have developed greater understanding of the challenges of leading in the 21st Century. In particular, the power of employee engagement to enable personal growth, organisational growth and ultimately improve business performance. Our programmes and events now all incorporate the fundamentals of employee engagement and a further expansion of services in 2014 enabled us to strengthen our customer relationships through forming long-term strategic partnerships.
We are now pleased to offer Coaching and Consultancy services, which encompasses the original coaching and mentoring programmes and our leadership and team development activities have been integrated into the Life, Leadership and Engagement Academy. This shift in strategic direction provides a platform for offering Strategic Partnering Solutions for organisational development, talent acquisition and management and individual development. This is supported by the expansion of our team to incorporate an even broader range of highly experienced professionals specialising in human resources and learning and development.
