Team Performance Survey

• 12 months access 

• 10 licences for the 12-month period (1 licence per person)

If you are not completely satisfied with your LHT Toolkit, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for any postage and packaging charges incurred returning the product.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

We offer various shipping methods to ensure your LHT Toolkit reaches you in a timely manner. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of the package. These costs will be displayed at checkout prior to finalising your purchase.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. While we strive to meet these estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping but this is something we hope to provide in the future.
